An update to the UK FCO advice to travellers in Turkey regarding the Corona virus. At the time of writing there have been no confirmed cases of COVID 19 in Turkey but visitors should be aware of the following: "Coronavirus. There is an ongoing outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) in China, some other countries in the region and elsewhere.
Turkey is not postage-stamp sized. While tourism in the affected reason is unlikely before some months have passed, and will probably not be back to normal for a couple of years, the rest of the country is unaffected. So it all depends where in Turkey you want to go.
