香港中學生的實驗飛天 香港的中學同學有沒有想過在太空無重狀態下進行科學實驗？ 香港有三家中學同學設計的科學實驗將會隨本月中旬發射的「神舟十一號」載人飛船升空，在國家的「天宮二號」太空實驗室進行科學實驗。
位於天水圍的元朗信義中學是區內學術成績出眾的Band 1學校，而沙田公立學校則是一所特殊學校，為輕度智障兒童提供全人教育。 兩間學校的背景、性質截然不同，但我卻看到一個共通之處：縱使他們的學生在自身或生活條件上受到限制，不過憑着校長和老師的關愛及信任，學生的潛能得到充分發揮，表現出眾。 提到天水圍，大家可能會聯想到種種社會問題。 信義中學的學生大多來自天水圍區，部分學生的生活環境比較困乏，但這並未對他們的學習造成影響。 學校推行「啟發潛能教育」，老師以尊重、信任的態度鼓勵學生超越自己，同時積極營造有利學習的環境，校園到處都可以看到他們的「精心安排」。
全面關心年輕人的教育和成長. 關心年輕人在各方面的教育和成長需要，是本屆政府施政的一個重點。 我經常在不同場合，用不同方式和年輕人接觸，聆聽他們的意見，了解他們的學習和生活情況。 今天出席了兩場年輕人的活動。 早上的一場是在元朗一家中學，參加由香港專業聯盟和元朗區中學校長會合辦的「中學生暑期見習計劃」。 這個計劃是我在2008年發起的，目的是讓元朗中學生到專業事務所和其他機構實習兩星期，擴闊視野。 過往有些同學是因這個計劃而首次出中環，或首次和專業人士並肩工作。 今年參加機構有90家，提供310個實習職位，申請的同學則多達400多人。 我在講話時表示，希望學生們能透過這個計劃，認識社會運作，了解就業時的選擇，建立正確的事業觀和人際觀。 下午在禮賓府和來自七間中學約190位師生見面交談。
