I started using them in late 2022 and have had one in every bag I check on a range of airlines (BA, SIA, LH, Korean,QANTAS, Virgin Australia, Jet2). I’ll be using one when I fly with Ryanair later this year.

The AirTag will give you the general locations of your luggage. That alone is worth the minimal cost of USD 29, IMO. If your luggage does not arrive as expected, you can use its location to concentrate your efforts.

As alot of travellers will know, currently there is major widespread chaos in airports around Europe and the US, and lots of checked luggage being delayed or lost, with much difficulty trying to find them again (Google the "sea of luggage" pics).
2024年2月9日 · Since getting them as a Christmas present have used them on several airlines including BA and not noticed any airline at all objecting to any brand of AirTag, although ours are Apple ones. How would they even know you’ve got one in a bag?
