  4. Re: PSG Cityline 1 bus. 5 years ago. Extreme bad experience with them yesterday (21 April 2019) from Malacca to Sg, Trip started at 3+pm for 2.30pm bus ticket and ended at 11.45pm in Singapore Lavender, for a supposingly 4hr journey.. Word cannot describe how we (all the passengers) felt.

Don't ever take bus from this Company even is FREE, everyone rushing to the bus to get seats as even you choose your seats on the web, u will not get it as everyone will just sit and refuse to stand up even you told them you reserve the seats. Terrible reception who keep asking shouting at you if your ask question ...
