You have to upload copy of passport, flight details, photo and bookingform of lodges etc. You also have to upload a cover letter, but as I understand only if you are travelling for business .

2019年8月15日 · When I applied for the Visa, I submitted a typed letter stating "I, [name], hereby declare no intention to have in France a paid professional activity." This mirrors the words of the requirement ("A note, dated and signed by the applicant, stating that you do not intend to have in France a paid professional activity").
Re: Introduction Letter for turkey visa. 8 years ago. I think the letter that is required is one that you write yourself in which you state your reason for travelling to Turkey, the departure/return dates, where you will be staying, places you will be visiting etc. Like Enigma says, its just a covering letter.
