Add your bank account as a payment method for Meta ads. Online banking (or direct debit) is only available to accounts set up for automatic billing. If you use a manual payment method and add money to a prepaid balance to run your ads, you won't see an option to add a bank account.

About automatic payment. When you create your first ad on Facebook, you add a payment method to your ad account. That payment method determines your payment setting. If you select PayPal or a credit or debit card, your ad account is set up for automatic billing.
Go to the billing section of Meta Ads Manager. In Payment activity, click the date drop-down menu and choose the date range for the receipt you'd like to download. Click the transaction ID and find its reference number next to payment method. Pull up your credit or debit card statement.
Starting September 30, 2021, if you have ad accounts with Facebook India as the legal entity and use a recurring credit/debit card as your payment method, you may see changes to the frequency and amount (with the total amount remaining the same) by which you’ll be billed.
