I have been to Negril a few times, and was just there a couple of weeks ago. I have also been to MoBay, and the beach at the Hilton was disappointing.
6 years ago. There are many doctors in the chungmuro/myeongdong area. If you are staying in a hotel, ask them for 내과 Nay Gwa. Or you can call 02-1330 or ask the tourist information helpers in red coats. This is a normal internalist / general doctor. You will pay around 15,000W for the doctor visit.

The pharmacy obviously can't supply antibiotic eardrops. The two doctors I've checked out want €100 to see me and write a prescription, which I think is a bit steep.
