2023年12月13日 · 1. 負債比率（DBR） 負債比率＝無擔保債務總額 ÷ 平均月收入. 負債比率又稱為 DBR (Debt Burden Ratio)，負債比率是計算無擔保品的債務總和，與平均月收入的比率，無擔保品像是信用貸款、信用卡預借現金等。 而申貸者一定要了解「DBR 22 倍」，也就是金融機構對於債務人於全體金融機構之無擔保債務歸戶後之總餘額（包括信用卡、現金卡及信用貸款）除以平均月收入，不宜超過22倍，意思是無擔保品債務不可超過平均月收入的 22 倍，銀行會嚴格進行檢查。 這不僅是評估個人負債狀況，也將影響核貸額度，舉例來說，如果月收入 2 萬元，信貸額度最高就是 44 萬元，同時，個人無擔保品的債務總額也不可超過 44 萬元。 2. 月負債比＝每月償還負債 ÷ 平均月收入 x 100%
