The Hong Kong Observation Wheel (abbr. HKOW) is a 60-metre (197-foot) tall [1] Ferris wheel located at the Central Harbourfront, Central, Hong Kong. [2] It has 42 gondolas, including one VIP Gondola with leather seats and a clear glass bottom floor. All gondolas are equipped with air conditioners and communication systems.
香港摩天輪 [1] （英語： Hong Kong Observation Wheel ，縮寫：HKOW），是 香港 一座高60米的巨型 摩天輪 ，位於 中環 民光街33號 中環海濱長廊 上。 香港摩天輪由 瑞士 Swiss AEX 公司建設及營運，2014年12月5日正式開放予市民及遊客使用 。 [2] [3] 香港摩天輪2015年11月份門票的部份收益將捐予香港海洋公園保育基金以作亞洲野生生態保育之用。 地政總署在2017年5月公佈用地易手，料2017年9月轉交予新營辦商The Entertainment Corporation 不過由2017年8月30日起，摩天輪疑於無預告的情況下提早停業，未有交代原因及重新開放的日期，網頁亦無法開啟。

Visitors are advised to consider alternative modes of transportation, such as buses, minibuses or taxis to reach The Peak.
