5 天前 · 【Now新聞台】律政司首度引用《反恐條例》起訴七人，涉嫌在2019年民陣港島遊行期間，在軒尼詩道引爆炸彈、串謀謀殺警員。 其中6名被告由囚車押送至高等法院應訊。 控方指，他們計劃在2019年12月8日民陣港島遊行期間，在灣仔軒尼詩道放置一大一小炸彈。 他們計劃先引爆小炸彈，令在場警員退向大炸彈方向，接著將大炸彈引爆，認罪被告蘇緯軒期間會用長槍射擊警員，在警員被擊中後，其他人會檢取警員的槍。 控方指，兩個炸彈中藏有鐵釘，以經改裝的無線電話遙距操作，放置位置相距127米，重兩公斤的小炸彈，爆炸半徑是100米，範圍涵蓋附近一個油站；重八公斤的大炸彈，爆炸半徑範圍是400米，會造成公眾和周邊財產損傷。
