Channel Island milk is a creamy, light-beige coloured cow's milk from the Jersey cattle and Guernsey cattle breeds. This variety of milk is commonly called Jersey milk and is also known as gold top milk from the color of the bottle cap used to distinguish it.

2017年1月16日 · In a post on social media on Monday, Jersey Dairy revealed that the Island’s pride, Jersey Whole Milk, had been the top purchased item at Hong Kong’s ‘759 Store’ chain – a group with around 280 branches in total. Milk is the drink of choice in Hong Kong! A good start to the week for us in Hong Kong.
