They were just an agent and I actually rented from 遊客邦/Unite Traveler, which seems to be a big company having a booth there. The staffs are kind, their service was great.

We are planning to visit Taiwan this coming November and we are looking for vouchers for tickets and attractions, I would like to know where should I buy the following since both KKday and Klook offers it but with different prices: - Airport to Taipei Ticket.

Booked a day bus package but was cancelled by KKDAY with the reason it was fully booked although the seat were still available while booking at their website. The frustrated part is they don't even border to offer other dates and expect me to book again with other dates which I did. 2 days later, they cancelled again with the same reason.
