   • We also had BAD experience with KKDay tour in Taiwan. We paid for the Sun Moon Lake tour (which KKDay had advertised as an English-speaking tour). As instructed by KKDay, we called the Tour Guide the day before the tour to confirm the pick-up point. It turned out that the person on the other end did not even speak English.

   • Summary : No advisable to buy this tour from KKDay due to (1) Tour Guide Language Proficiency in English - Bus full of Foreigner Tourist but still explain in Japanese. (2) Timing - Too many places over too short period of time and everything is rushed rushed plus the Tour Guide walk very fast.

   We made booking for this tour on kkday website ( www.kkday.com) & paid in advance. For this tour we were to be picked up at designated place- Subaru building Shinjuku Square. We were there in time-15 min before departure time but no bus came to pick us
