I am flying into hanada spending the night at the airport and flying out to Hiroshima. I read that I have to activate the card for the first time by using it on a train in Tokyo.

We would like to use it for buying gas for when we are driving around Mishima to Lake Kawaguchiko. Also, I read that it would get points for purchases at convenience stores as well.
