Margaret Ng Ngoi-yee [1] (Chinese: 吳靄儀; born 25 January 1948) is a politician, barrister, writer and columnist in Hong Kong. She was a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 1995 to 2012.
吳靄儀 （英語： Margaret Ng Ngoi-yee，1948年1月25日 —）， 香港 執業 大律師 [4]， 衛奕信 任內 中央政策組 官方智囊（1989-90） [5]，前 香港立法會 法律界 功能組別 議員。 吳靄儀是 香港公民黨 黨員，已歸化英國籍。 [6][7] 事業以英語時事評論起家。 美國 波士頓大學 西洋哲學 博士畢業（1976）後在 報紙 撰寫英語時事專欄，備受 香港總督 注目。 [1] 就讀英國 劍橋大學 法學士 （1983-85）期間擔任《明報》駐 英國國會 採訪 香港前途談判 的記者。 其後升任《明報》副總編輯（1986-87）、《明報》 督印人 （1988-90）。
