He is an Adjunct Professor of the City University of Hong Kong, Guest Professor of the University of Electronic Science & Technology Zhongshan College, and an Industrial Fellow of the University of Warwick.
Mr. Lo has been serving on the Textile and Clothing Training Board (TCTB) for over 9 years and is currently its Chairman since April 2007. He has been the Chairman of the Textile Industry Training Centre (TETC) Management Committee since 2004 and was the Convenor of the Steering Committee on Trainee Awards.
