I registered on the site and received an email which needed to be activated. The activation wouldn't go through at all. Was trying to get the e-Voa to avoid anticipated long queues at the airport.

In urban area at large cities, subways are good and taxis. In suburbs and remote area, small village, hire a private driver in advance.
