    2022年11月11日 · 香港體育館Mirror演唱會事故調查報告公布. ＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊. 由康樂及文化事務署（康文署）領導，負責調查今年七月二十八日香港體育館（紅館）發生Mirror演唱會事故成因的工作小組，已經完成有關調查工作。 工作小組經詳細檢視墮下的LED屏幕、舞台設備相關裝置及實驗室的各項檢測結果後 ， 就引致事故的成因作出結論。 工作小組認為意外成因包括: （一）金屬疲勞引致鋼索斷裂. 吊着LED屏幕的鋼索斷裂，其原因是部分鋼絲出現金屬疲勞，成因包括（1）鋼索狀況不理想，其抗斷強度較正常鋼索的最低抗斷強度低；（2）LED屏幕的實際重量較呈報的重；（3）絞車系統裝置有問題令護繩器難以轉動，致鋼索表面受到磨損及須承受額外負荷，引致鋼索變形；及（4）LED屏幕的懸吊系統組裝不理想。
