新世界第一巴士 ，全稱 新世界第一巴士服務有限公司 （英語： New World First Bus Services Limited ， 縮寫 ： NWFB ，簡稱： 新巴 ），是 香港 昔日的一間 專營巴士 公司，為 匯達交通服務 的前成員公司，是當時香港境內五間專營巴士公司（ 九巴 、 城巴 、 新巴 、 龍運巴士 和 嶼巴 ）其中之一，亦是當時香港第三大專營巴士公司，主要營運 港島 區內線、 九龍 和 新界 的過海路線、 西九龍 和 將軍澳 的巴士路線，以及專營巴士主題式開篷觀光巴士「 人力車觀光巴士 」服務；成立初期為 城巴 的主要競爭對手，自2003年起變成姊妹公司關係，2023年7月1日隨 新巴城巴合併 ，所有路線交由城巴接辦 [1] ，新巴自此結束25年的營運。

新世界第一巴士服務有限公司 （ New World First Bus Services Limited ），簡稱「 新巴 」（ NWFB ），曾經是提供香港專營公共巴士業務的五間 專營巴士公司 之一，主要營運港島巴士路線、來往港島至九龍及新界的 過海路線 ，以及少量 西九龍 和 將軍澳 巴士路線 ，直至2023年7月 專營權併入城巴 為止。
New World First Bus Services Limited ( NWFB) was the third-largest bus operator in Hong Kong. Established by NWS Holdings and FirstGroup in September 1998, it took over 88 China Motor Bus services in Hong Kong Island. From 2020 until its merger with Citybus in 2023, it was a subsidiary of Bravo Transport, the owner of Citybus.

Citybus and NWFB App provides traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese and English interface. From now on, iPhone and Android users can access to iTunes App Store and Android Market, entering keyword "NWFB" or "Citybus" to search for a free download.
In view of this, Citybus and New World First Bus ("NWFB") have recently revamped their websites into a brand new integrated one ( www.nwstbus.com.hk) with several enhanced functions, including PDA enabled route search, bus stops photos to facilitate the identification of intended stops, and RSS news feed subscription.
