算算出社會後已經過了 5 年時間，對於「專案管理 (Project Managememt)」的知識一直都是從做中學，過程中沒有閱讀與整理過系統化的知識。 因此我想要藉由準備 PMP 的考試，一方面閱讀教科書中系統化的知識來進行知識建模，一方面將工作的實戰經驗與學術知識進行比對，藉此優化自己的工作流程與做事方法。 在準備 PMP 的過程中，光是「報名」這件事情就夠讓人頭痛了。多數人會報名市面上的 PMP 考照補習班，藉此將心力專注在「準備考試」上 ; 但對於要自己報名的人來說，過程中會踩到非常多的 “坑點”。 這篇文章整理「考照前」需要注意的事項，會包含： 1. 如何報名 PMP 2. 如何填寫專案經驗 3. 參考資源 在正式說明之前先來看一張「PMP 總流程」。紅框處是這篇文章要說明的重點，...
步驟一：上 PMI 官方網站
PMP 的發照機構是「Project Management Institue (PMI)」，要報考 PMP 的人需要自行上網完成註冊與報名。
步驟二：註冊帳號
到了官網後，先點擊「Register」進行帳號註冊。 開始填寫漏漏長的個人資訊，填寫完畢後按下「Create Account」即可完成註冊。 完成帳號申請後，可在「Dashboard」上進行後續報名申請。這裡只要點擊 PMP Application 的申請按鈕就會進入「申請流程」。 系統會從你按下「開始申請 PMP」開始計算，90 天內必須完成報名流程，如果 90 天內沒有送出報名申請，系統會作廢該次的申請。 你可能會好奇：那這樣我就讓系統作廢掉就好啦，應該可以再次申請吧？ 話是這樣說沒錯，但是系統對於作廢的申請，是不會幫你保存填寫紀錄的。也就是說，你必須手動在全部重新填寫一次。 因此我建議： 這樣比較有效率，也不用擔心自己填寫的報名資料會被系統清空。
步驟三：準備填寫資料
申請 PMP 一共需要填寫三大部分的資料： 1. Education 2. Experience 3. Exam Details
