2016年9月17日 · 今次我想講嘅就係另一個宣傳技巧： 做Audit「有前途、出路廣」 講句公道話. 相對「12年升Partner」，我覺得依句話係無咁寶藥黨. 某程度上，做Audit真係可以擴闊出路. 但有啲位HR係唔會講俾你知，我希望可以同大家分享一下： 1. 每年八間大學源源不絕提供Fresh Grad，加上外國回流，同某啲大專文憑，仲有一啲Non Accounting Major，真正地一車車送入Accounting Industry，競爭十分激烈。 問心一句，你認為自己有無能力脫穎而出？ 大家普遍都鐘意高估自己嘅能力，覺得自己一定做得掂。 但事實係失敗率係高於你想像，有啲人甚至開頭雄心壯志，最後連試都考唔掂，所以大家決定入行前必須客觀評價自己嘅能力。 如果你能力只屬中下，就唔好對「有前途」咁多幻想。
