2018年5月18日 · 近日有網上消息指，有網民就電話上網速度的情況，致電電訊商1010的客戶服務熱線反映，事主因不滿客戶服務員Hold線過久及被對方Cut線，於是向香港電訊集團高層艾維朗（Alex Arena）投訴。 其後，接獲香港電訊法律團隊回信，提出終止合約，並要求事主交還4部手機。 包括2部iPhone 8 Plus 64GB、1部iPhone 8 64GB和1部Galaxy S9 Plus 64GB。 據香港電訊集團法律顧問回覆（上圖），他們已就當時的對話錄音進行調查，並認為客戶服務員已盡力為事主提供最好的解決方法及解釋，但事主仍未能滿到滿意。 香港電訊指，集團重視顧客的同時，亦同樣重視旗下員工。
