I've gone to the website many people have recommended, https://www.jma.go.jp/jma/indexe.html but I don't see where to get a 2 week forecast for specific cities.

We expected rain (have good quality shell jackets), and thankfully a few of our hotels will have umbrellas. The question... how accurate are these forecasts?

For example, going to Mt. Fuji on a non-rainy day vs. TeamLab on a rainy day. It seems for the last 2 weeks in March, it will be a mix of rain and cloudy days.
2024年3月18日 · Click on Weather, then Local Weather, then Daily Forecasts. You can also narrow down by city. Hakone is higher elevation. It could be quite chilly, even during the day, especially if it's cloudy or rainy. Bring water resistant shoes and a foldie umbrella.
