   2024年4月5日 · 我們為編配予「配額及計分制」下非長者一人申請者的租住公屋數量每年設定配額，並設有計分制度。 申請者獲配屋的優先次序，會以其在「配額及計分制」下所得分數為依據。 在符合所有申請公屋資格下，累積分數愈高，便會愈早獲得編配公屋單位。 現時「配額及計分制」下的計分方法如下： 申請者的分數會按其成功登記公屋申請時的年齡計算。 在計分制下，18歲申請者將獲0分，19歲獲9分，20歲獲18分，每一歲加9分，如此類推，直至59歲獲369分為止。 申請者年屆45歲時，可獲一次性額外分數60分。 申請者如現居於公屋單位，包括房協轄下的出租單位，會被扣30分。 申請者在登記申請後多等一個月可多得1分。 請按下列連結查閱詳情：
