   2024年4月26日 · 美國及環球通脹早前的急升. 但其後許多投資銀行和對冲基金又看到，可以極低利率借入巨資和藉辭經濟復蘇，在各商品市場將各類燃料、金屬、農產品和資源期貨價格瘋狂炒上，後者又被傳導至現貨價格，造成石油、天然氣、煤炭、塑膠、用作種植各類榖物的肥料、鐵銅鋼鋁和其他金屬、各類汽水和飲品用的糖、飼養各類牲畜和魚蝦水產的飼料、棉花、紙漿、大豆、玉米、大米、大麥、麵粉、棕櫚油、各類食用油、樹脂等原材料價格急升，進而迫使各企業加價，造成PPI（生產者物價指數）和CPI（消費價格指數）急升。 簡而言之，此輪通脹急升的底因是（被大戶沽空股市迫出來的）量化寬鬆和貨幣超發，期貨市場大戶貪婪炒作則是此輪通脹的最先誘發因素和傳導渠道，而產業鏈問題及俄烏戰爭則是第二波因素。
