2022年11月5日 · Hi Hania, I appreciate your response, but unfortunately, the problem is not solved after reinstalling WhatsApp. Moreover, the "Keep Me Signed in" box is not visible on the page where the barcode is scanned. Each time I launch the App after exiting, it still requires a login by scanning the barcode.

2020年3月23日 · When you close the browser, go home and use WhatsApp Web again, it should still work. However, you BREAK it IF YOU LEAVE the browser OPEN at work, go home, use WhatsApp Web again (now it's open on 2 browsers at the same time. The browser at work will now LOG OFF).

Inside the "Media" folder, there should be a folder named "WhatsApp Images". This is where all your WhatsApp photos are stored.

2022年9月2日 · Olá a todos, eu baixei o WhatsApp pela Microsoft Store no meu notebook com Windows 11, mas por algum motivo o ícone dele não foi para a minha área de trabalho (Desktop). Quando eu pesquiso o WhatsApp na barra de pesquisas, tem as opções de 'Fixar em Iniciar' ou 'Fixar na barra de tarefas', mas não há a opção de criar um atalho (ícone) na área de trabalho.
2022年2月3日 · Entre na pasta com o nome do seu usuário. Depois entre na pasta "AppData". Essa pasta pode estar oculta, então você deve ativar a opção "Itens ocultos" na guia "Exibir". Na sequência entre na pasta "Local", depois "Microsoft" e posteriormente em "Edge". E apague a pasta "User data". Force a exclusão da pasta toda.
