申請資格. 屬香港居民並擁有香港居留權、或香港入境權、或有權在香港逗留而不受任何逗留條件限制，或持單程證從中國大陸來港定居的人士. 申請人在所選修的基金課程開課時必須年滿18歲。 發還款項程序. 於課程開課前，將已經簽署的「同意及確認聲明」遞交至CPCE教務處，允許學院向指定公共主管當局披露所需的個人資料，以處理發還款項的申請。 將填妥並已獲學院蓋印的申請表格（可從持續進修基金辦事處網頁 下載）連同CPCE教務處發出的成功修畢課程證明信一併遞交。 申請必須在成功修畢課程（即在課程規定的考核中至少取得總分50%、課堂出席率不少於70%，以及在指定的語文基準測驗／考試（如適用）中達到指定或較高水平）後一年內遞交至持續進修基金辦事處。 重要事項：
All students of PolyU SPEED programmes leading to a degree awarded by PolyU, no matter full-time or part-time, may get scholarships of up to a total of HK$60,000 (admission and progression scholarships of up to HK$45,000 + other curricular and co-curricular scholarships of up to HK$15,000).
