Indications/Uses. Inflammatory & degenerative forms of rheumatism; RA; ankylosing spondylitis & OA. Non-articular rheumatism, post-traumatic inflammation & swelling. Gouts attacks. Menstrual pain.
Contents. Per tab Dihydrocodeine bitartrate 5 mg, guaifenesin 50 mg, DL-methylephedrine HCl 17.5 mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 1.5 mg. Per 100 mL syrup Dihydrocodeine bitartrate 50 mg, DL-methylephedrine HCl 131.25 mg, guaifenesin 375 mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 15 mg.
Adult: 60 mg up to tid at intervals of at least 6 hours. Dosage recommendations may vary among countries or individual products (refer to specific product guidelines). Child: 2-12 years 1 mg/kg/dose up to tid at intervals of at least 6 hours.

Impaired function of the resp, heart &/or blood vessels, liver, kidney/urinary & digestive system, disturbances of consciousness, intracranial pressure; addiction to opioids. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Prolonged treatment may cause dependency. Pregnancy.
