   I can use google maps though since I'll be using a VPN but for worst case scenario like if the VPN did not work or stopped working, what GPS app is the best to use for navigation that is available in English? You can text and they give you slow data where you can access Gmail, Google Maps, Google (search) without VPN. But since you mention you need Instagram and YouTube then data may not be fast enough for that.
