2021年4月12日 · To strengthen remote access security to PolyU internal applications and data from locations outside campus, a new VPN service has been made available to selected users for trial use in late March 2021. With positive feedbacks received from trial users, the new VPN service is now opening to all staff.
Effective from 4 January 2021, a new VPN service ‘Cloud Express’ has been made available to all Mainland-based students for smooth connection to LEARN@PolyU. As the carrier-based secure VPN service will be retired at the end of January 2021, students based in Mainland cities are encouraged to switch to ‘Cloud Express’ as soon as possible.

2021年5月28日 · As communicated in the ITS Notice dated 12 April, a new Global Protect VPN service will replace the existing Pulse Secure VPN for remote access to PolyU internal applications and data. The Pulse Secure VPN service will be phased out after 28 May 2021.

Service Description. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) provides extra security before logging into an online service.
