2021年6月8日 · 英國租屋流程. 1.物色心宜的住宅後，向房東或經紀公司提出有興趣租屋. 2.業主願意租屋，先繳交約一星期的留位費（Holding fee）預約睇樓，單位亦會從地產網頁下架，留位費可以在租金裡扣減，但不能退還. 3.完成由第三方機構進行背景審查（Reference check），如工作證明，前業主證明，個人身份認證等. 4.通過背景審查後，地產便會預備租約，洽談租務合約細節. 5.租約無問題，地產便會要求付按金加租金，按金約為五至六星期按金. 6.按金是用作參加英國推出的租客按金保障計劃（Tenancy deposit scheme）, 以保障租客在租約期完結後可取回按金. 7.簽約、取鎖匙及房屋檢查報告（ Inventory report）
