繼續支援本地水產養殖業發展. 海上鮮從來都是港人的佳餚，海味卻因要價不菲，加上曬乾的漁穫處理需時，工序繁複，對一般家庭來說都是傳統的名貴美食，過時過節才會端上飯桌。 「鮑參翅肚」中的肚亦名花膠，是魚的鰾，傳統智慧相信除了味道好還對身體有益，當中以白花膠最為珍貴。 今日我和食物及衞生局局長高永文醫生、立法會漁農界功能界別議員何俊賢和香港漁民團體聯會主席張少強到大嶼山一個養殖白花魚的漁排參觀，場內的白花魚主要用來收採魚鰾，製成產值高的白花膠，並混養石斑和黃鱲䱽，以有效利用整個水體養殖。 這個位於芝麻灣半島北部長沙灣的養殖場於2014年組成，成員包括受禁止拖網捕魚措施影響的漁民。
