I would take the monorail to Hamamatsucho and a taxi from there. If you don't want to pay for a taxi, take the Keikyu Line to Daimon and transfer to the Oedo Line to Roppongi. Reply.

The website created by the Japanese government's Ministry of the Environment explains the characteristics of the two routes. Both are attractive. The guided ground walkway route may also be easier to find information on photo spots for the day.

There are more hotels/ryokans around the Furano station, which is also served by highway bus from Sapporo direct in 2 hours. In comparison, there are more pensions in Biei though widely spread out in the undulating plains.

Hi, We will be arriving Haneda airport late at night so will be checking into a hotel close to Tenkubashi station. Which is one station away from Haneda T3. The plan is to check in to our hotel around Ginza the next day.
