5 天前 · May 9, 2024, 5:37 PM. July is in mid-summer--usually the calmest time of the year everywhere in the area. Any resort in Nuevo Vallarta is probably your best bet. Grand Velas is great and you might get a good deal because school holidays don't start until July 22nd this year. Goos luck!
