Their webpage to submit a delayed luggage report doesn’t work. They ask for a PIR number to “track” the luggage but my destination airport doesn’t do those reports.

However, bear in mind you need to put a mobile SIM card in them, with active data subscription and roaming for use overseas. Even the cheapest SIM will cost a few pounds per month.
